Sports Massage

A sports massage is a deep tissue massage designed to relieve tension, improve muscle tone and increase flexibility. 

You don't actually have to be an athlete/sportsman to benefit from a sports massage - normal life can cause stress resulting in tension usually in the shoulders and neck and this can be greatly reduced through deep tissue treatment. However, if you are an athlete, using a sports massage as part of your regime can help to reduce tiredness and muscle aches, which could help you to train more frequently and intensely.
